Entry TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NOTICE: CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

The Voodoo Lounge imposes the following binding contract as a condition of entry. By entering and remaining on these premises, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. You confirm that you are over the age of 18 years.
2. You acknowledge that you do not find nudity and/or erotic striptease offensive or indecent.
3. You agree to act in a polite, friendly, and respectful manner toward all other patrons, staff, security, and dancers.
4. You will vacate the premises when requested by management, staff, or security.
5. You agree to abide by the Code of Conduct and Admittance Code posted at the entrance doors (downstairs).
6. You acknowledge that dancers are sub-contractors, and any receipts or tax invoices must be obtained directly from them.

Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in removal from the premises and/or legal action for damages and costs at the discretion of management.
