Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter of the “Enter to Win a $1,000 Voodoo Lounge Package” promotion (“Promotion”) is Anarchy Entertainment Pty Ltd, trading as The Voodoo Lounge (“Promoter”).
1.2 The Voodoo Lounge operates as part of the Blue to the Bone Nightclub Licence.
1.3 The Promotion is conducted and administered solely by the Promoter.
1.4 Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open only to persons who:
a. are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;
b. complete the official Promotion entry form during the Promotion Period;
c. provide the required contact information; and
d. comply with these Terms & Conditions.
2.2 Entrants may be required to provide satisfactory proof of their identity and age before being confirmed as the winner or receiving any part of the prize.
2.3 Employees, directors and management of Anarchy Entertainment Pty Ltd and The Voodoo Lounge, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
2.4 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility and validity of any entry.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The Promotion opens at 11:00 am AWST on Friday, 18 September 2026.
3.2 Entries close at 6:59 pm AWST on Sunday, 20 September 2026 (“Closing Time”).
3.3 Entries received after the Closing Time will not be accepted.
3.4 The time of entry will be determined by the time the completed entry is received by the Promoter’s electronic entry system.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, an eligible entrant must access the official Promotion entry page and complete and submit the required registration form during the Promotion Period.
4.2 Entrants must provide accurate and complete information requested on the entry form.
4.3 No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.
4.4 Unless otherwise expressly stated by the Promoter, each eligible person is entitled to one entry only.
4.5 Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, incomplete, false or otherwise invalid entries may be removed from the draw.
4.6 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not successfully received due to technical problems, internet or telecommunications failures, device issues or circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
5. Prize
5.1 There is one (1) prize to be won.
5.2 The winner will receive a Voodoo Lounge Package with a total value of $1,000 AUD.
5.3 The $1,000 prize will be provided in the form of Voodoo Lounge vouchers, cards and/or promotional credits, which may include:
- Entry Vouchers
- Bar Cards
- Lap Dance Vouchers
- Tipping Dollars
5.4 The total value of the prize components made available to the winner will be $1,000 AUD.
5.5 The exact allocation of the $1,000 prize between Entry Vouchers, Bar Cards, Lap Dance Vouchers and Tipping Dollars will be determined by the Promoter and communicated to the winner.
5.6 The prize is not a $1,000 cash prize.
5.7 The prize, any individual prize component and any remaining or unused prize balance cannot be redeemed, exchanged or transferred for cash.
5.8 The prize is personal to the winner and cannot be sold, assigned or transferred to another person, unless otherwise approved by the Promoter.
6. Six-Month Prize Period
6.1 The winner will have six (6) months from the date the prize is issued to redeem the $1,000 Voodoo Lounge Package.
6.2 The winner does not need to use the entire $1,000 prize during one visit.
6.3 Subject to these Terms & Conditions, the winner may redeem their remaining prize balance over multiple eligible visits to The Voodoo Lounge during the six-month validity period.
6.4 Any portion of the overall $1,000 prize that has not yet been issued or activated for a particular visitwill remain available for the winner to use on a future eligible visit during the six-month validity period.
6.5 Any overall prize balance remaining at the end of the six-month validity period will expire and be forfeited.
6.6 An expired or forfeited prize balance cannot be redeemed for cash, reinstated, refunded or transferred.
7. Nightly Redemption and Expiry of Issued Credit
7.1 When visiting The Voodoo Lounge, the winner may request that an amount from their remaining prize balance be issued or activated for use during that visit.
7.2 The requested amount may be issued in the applicable form, including an Entry Voucher, Bar Card, Lap Dance Voucher, Tipping Dollars or other applicable prize credit.
7.3 Once an amount has been issued or activated for a particular visit, the full amount issued must be used during that same trading night.
7.4 Any unused portion of an amount issued or activated for that night will expire at the end of that trading night.
7.5 An unused nightly amount will not:
a. be returned to the winner’s remaining prize balance;
b. carry over to another night;
c. be exchanged for another prize component;
d. be refunded;
e. be transferred to another person; or
f. be redeemed for cash.
7.6 For example, if the winner requests a $100 Bar Card for a particular night, the full $100 will be deducted from their overall prize balance when issued. If the winner spends only $60, the unused $40 will expire at the end of that trading night and will not be returned to their remaining prize balance.
7.7 The winner is responsible for deciding how much of their remaining prize balance they wish to have issued or activated for each visit.
7.8 The Promoter may advise the winner of their remaining unissued prize balance upon reasonable request.
8. Conditions of Prize Use, Venue Entry & Responsible Service of Alcohol
8.1 Prize components may only be used for the purpose for which they are issued.
8.2 Entry Vouchers may be used toward eligible entry to The Voodoo Lounge.
8.3 Bar Cards may be used toward eligible purchases from The Voodoo Lounge bar.
8.4 Lap Dance Vouchers may be used toward eligible lap dances available at The Voodoo Lounge.
8.5 Tipping Dollars may be used to tip participating entertainers at The Voodoo Lounge in accordance with the venue’s applicable procedures.
8.6 Prize components have no cash value outside the Promotion and no cash change will be provided.
8.7 All standard Conditions of Entry, venue policies and house rules of The Voodoo Lounge apply at all times. Winning or holding any part of the prize does not provide an automatic or unconditional right of entry to the venue.
8.8 Entry and continued attendance at The Voodoo Lounge remain subject to the venue’s normal Conditions of Entry, including but not limited to:
- the winner being 18 years of age or older and providing acceptable proof of age or identification when requested;
- venue trading hours;
- venue capacity;
- dress standards;
- behaviour and house rules;
- security requirements;
- intoxication requirements;
- liquor licensing requirements; and
- any other lawful Conditions of Entry applying to the venue at the time.
8.9 The Voodoo Lounge reserves all of its usual rights to refuse entry, refuse service or require a person to leave the premises where permitted or required by law or under the venue’s Conditions of Entry.
8.10 The Voodoo Lounge operates as part of the Blue to the Bone Nightclub Licence. All applicable conditions and requirements of that licence apply.
8.11 Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) applies at all times. All service and consumption of alcohol is subject to applicable Western Australian liquor laws, the conditions of the Blue to the Bone Nightclub Licence and The Voodoo Lounge’s Responsible Service of Alcohol policies and obligations.
8.12 A Bar Card, voucher or promotional credit does not guarantee the service of alcohol. Venue staff may refuse the service of alcohol where required or permitted under RSA requirements, the venue’s liquor licence conditions or applicable law, regardless of whether the winner has unused Bar Card credit available.
8.13 If alcohol service is refused under RSA requirements, this does not entitle the winner to receive the unused Bar Card amount in cash and does not override the nightly expiry provisions contained in these Terms & Conditions.
8.14 The winner is responsible for managing the amount of prize credit they request to have issued or activated on each visit, including taking into consideration the nightly expiry rules and all venue and RSA requirements.
8.15 Lap Dance Vouchers and Tipping Dollars remain subject to entertainer availability, venue procedures, house rules and any applicable conditions governing those services.
8.16 Nothing contained in the prize or these Terms & Conditions overrides The Voodoo Lounge’s Conditions of Entry, the conditions of the Blue to the Bone Nightclub Licence, Responsible Service of Alcohol obligations or any applicable law.
9. Prize Draw
9.1 The winner will be selected by a random draw from all valid and eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
9.2 The draw will take place following the close of the Promotion at a time and location determined by the Promoter.
9.3 The first valid and eligible entry randomly selected will be the provisional winner.
9.4 Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
9.5 Before confirming the winner, the Promoter may verify:
a. the entrant’s identity;
b. the entrant’s age;
c. the validity of the entry; and
d. compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
9.6 If the first entry selected is invalid or the entrant is ineligible, the Promoter may conduct another random draw from the remaining valid entries.
10. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize
10.1 The provisional winner will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address provided on their entry.
10.2 Entrants are responsible for ensuring the contact information submitted with their entry is accurate.
10.3 The provisional winner may be required to provide satisfactory proof of identity and age before the prize is awarded.
10.4 The winner must respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified, unless the Promoter specifies another reasonable claim period when contacting the winner.
10.5 If the provisional winner:
a. cannot reasonably be contacted;
b. does not respond within the required claim period;
c. cannot provide satisfactory proof of eligibility;
d. provided false or misleading information;
e. declines the prize; or
f. is otherwise found to have breached these Terms & Conditions,
the provisional winner will forfeit the prize and the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries.
10.6 No cash or other compensation will be payable to an entrant who forfeits the prize.
11. Entry Verification and Disqualification
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and entrants at any time.
11.2 The Promoter may disqualify an entry or entrant where the Promoter reasonably determines that the entrant:
a. provided false, misleading or incomplete information;
b. attempted to submit multiple entries contrary to these Terms & Conditions;
c. used automated or manipulated entry methods;
d. tampered or attempted to interfere with the Promotion, entry system or draw;
e. engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct;
f. attempted to obtain an unfair advantage; or
g. otherwise failed to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
11.3 Where reasonably necessary, the Promoter may request additional information from an entrant to verify the validity of their entry.
12. Administration and Decisions
12.1 The Promotion is conducted solely by Anarchy Entertainment Pty Ltd, trading as The Voodoo Lounge.
12.2 All matters concerning the administration of the Promotion, including entry validity, eligibility, verification, conduct of the draw, verification of the winner and administration of the prize, will be determined by the Promoter.
12.3 All decisions of Anarchy Entertainment Pty Ltd and The Voodoo Lounge in relation to the Promotion are final, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12.4 No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw or decisions made in administering the Promotion, except where required by law.
12.5 No third-party event organiser, venue, sponsor, exhibitor or other organisation is responsible for conducting the Promotion, determining the winner or providing or administering the prize unless expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions.
13. Prize Availability and Changes
13.1 If a particular prize component becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute that component with another Voodoo Lounge product, service, voucher or promotional credit of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
13.2 Any substitution will not reduce the total advertised value of the prize.
13.3 The Promoter may suspend, modify, postpone or cancel the Promotion if circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent the Promotion from being conducted fairly or as advertised, subject to applicable law.
14. Privacy and Personal Information
14.1 Personal information collected as part of the Promotion may be used by the Promoter for the purposes of:
a. administering the Promotion;
b. recording and verifying entries;
c. conducting the prize draw;
d. contacting and verifying the winner;
e. administering and providing the prize; and
f. complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
14.2 Where an entrant separately consents to receive marketing communications, the Promoter may use their contact details to send information, promotions, offers and updates relating to The Voodoo Lounge.
14.3 Marketing consent is separate from entry into the Promotion unless expressly stated otherwise on the entry form.
14.4 An entrant may unsubscribe from electronic marketing communications using the unsubscribe facility provided in those communications.
14.5 Unsubscribing from marketing communications after entering will not invalidate an otherwise valid Promotion entry.
14.6 Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s applicable Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.
15. Publicity
15.1 The Promoter may announce the winner’s name where reasonably necessary for the administration or promotion of the competition or where required by law.
15.2 Any additional use of the winner’s photograph, image, video or testimonial for promotional purposes will be subject to the winner’s consent where required.
15.3 Participation in promotional photography or publicity is not a condition of receiving the prize unless separately agreed with the winner.
16. Liability
16.1 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or modified, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
16.2 Subject to clause 16.1 and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for loss, damage or delay arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control in connection with the Promotion or redemption of the prize.
16.3 The winner is responsible for all costs associated with attending The Voodoo Lounge that are not expressly included in the prize, including transportation, parking and accommodation.
17. General
17.1 The prize is a $1,000 Voodoo Lounge Package and is not a cash prize.
17.2 The prize and its components are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
17.3 The winner has six (6) months from the date the prize is issued to redeem the overall prize balance.
17.4 Any amount issued or activated for use on a particular night must be used that night. Any unused portion of that issued amount expires at the end of that trading night and does not return to the winner’s remaining prize balance.
17.5 Any prize balance that has not been issued or activated remains available for redemption during the six-month prize period.
17.6 All visits to The Voodoo Lounge and all use of the prize are subject to The Voodoo Lounge’s Conditions of Entry, house rules, Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements and the applicable conditions of the Blue to the Bone Nightclub Licence.
17.7 The prize does not guarantee entry to The Voodoo Lounge, the service of alcohol or the availability of any particular product, entertainer or service.
17.8 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
17.9 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
17.10 This Promotion is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner.
17.11 Entry into the Promotion confirms that the entrant has read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
